THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives it the art.84, inciso IV, of the constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art.8ª. inciso VIII, of the law No. 9,478, of August 6, 1997, in Decree-Law No. 3,365 of June 21, 1941, amend by Law No. 2,786 of May 21, 1956 and in the Decree-Law No. 1,075 of January 22, 1970 and what appears in the ANP procedure No. 48610.007865/99.

Art. 1º Ficam declared of public utility, for purposes of misappropriation, total and partial, or institution of passage, in favor of the Sulbrasileira carrier of Gas S. A? TSB the grounds and benfeits in them existing, of particular property, excluded the subject goods publico, in the State of Rio Grande do sul, in the municipalities of Alegrete, Cacequi, Southern Cachoeira, General Chamber, Step of the Sobrado. Restinga Seca. River Pardo, Santa Cruz do sul, Santa Maria, Saint Vincent of the South, Taquiri, Triunfo, Uruguayan?
