I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 447, OF 2004

Approves the act that renews the grant of RADIO TRAIRY LTDA. to explore service of medium-wave sound broadcasting in the city of Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in the Decree s / No, of July 17, 2000, which renews, from 1º May 1994, the granting of Radio Trairy Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting on average wave in the city of Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
