I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 125, OF 2007

Approves the act that bestows permission to RADIO FM SABIÁ LTDA. to explore service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Camaçari, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 539 of November 17, 2005, which outwits permission to Radio FM Sabiá Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency in the city of Camaçari, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into vigour on the date of its publication.
