I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 161, OF 2008

Approves the act that bestows authorization to the ASSOCIATION FRIENDS OF MARINE IELMO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Ielmo Marinho, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 407 of August 28, 2006, which bestows permission to the Friends of Ielmo Marine Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Ielmo Marinho, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
