I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 256, OF 2004

Approves the act that bestows permission to RADIO FM VICTORY OF GANDU LTDA. to explore service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Gandu, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 264, of May 16, 2001, which bestows permission to the Radio FM Vitoria de Gandu Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at frequency modulated in the city of Gandu, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
