I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 786, OF 2003

Aproves the act that authorizes the ACCA-ARACHATIAN CULTURAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION a perform community broadcasting service in the city of Aracati, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 231 of April 18, 2001 authorising the ACCA-Aracathic Cultural Community Association to perform, for ten years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Aracati, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
