I get to know that Congress National approved, and I, Jader Barbalho, President of the Federal Senate in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Internal Regime, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 122, DE 2001

Approves the act that renews the grant of?Radio Tupi Ltda.? to explore service of short wave sound broadcasting in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º Is it approved the act referred to as the Decree s / No, of January 7, 1997, which renews for ten years, as of 1º November 1993, the grant of?Radio Tupi Ltda.?, outorgada originarily a?Radio Society Broadcaster Paranaense Ltda.?, to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of short wave sound broadcasting, in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
