Creates and transforms, in the Regional Court Staff Framework of the Work of the 4a Region, the posts it mentions and gives other arrangements.

The P R E S I D E N T E D A R E P U B L I C A I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1st Ficam created, in the Board of Personnel of the Secretariat of the Regional Labour Court of the 4a Region, the effective posts set out in Annex I of this Law, to be providos in the form established in the inciso II of the art caput. 37 of the Federal Constitution, as well as the posts in committee and the commissioned functions set out in Annex II of this Law.

Art. 2nd Ficam transformed, in the Board of Personnel of the Secretariat of the Regional Labour Court of the 4a Region, the commissioned functions set out in Annex III of this Law.

Art. 3rd The expenses arising from the application of this Law will run to the account of the budget allocations consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the 4a Region in the General Budget of the Union.

Art. 4th The implementation of the posts and functions provided for in Annexes I, II and III of this Act will be carried out in successive instalments, observed the following reason:

I-20% (twenty percent), as of the date of entry into force of this Act;

II-40% (forty percent), as of ;

III-60% (sixty percent), as of 1st January 2008; and

IV-100% (one hundred percent), as of January 2009.

Paragraph single. Changes in spending on personnel arising from this Act are conditional on the existence of the respective permit and budget allocation, in line with the provisions of § 1st Art. 169 of the Federal Constitution and the relevant standards of the Supplementary Act no 101, of May 4, 2000.

Art. 5th This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
