I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO 736, FROM 2010

Approves the act that bestows authorization to the SALINÓPOLIS CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATION to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Salinópolis, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No 469, of July 28, 2009, which hedges authorization to the Salinopolis Culture and Communication Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Salinópolis, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
