I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 189, OF 2006

Approves the act that authorizes the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PANORAMA FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Panorama, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 182 of April 16, 2004, which authorizes the Community Panorama Association FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Panorama, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
