I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 419? FROM 2002

Approves the act that renews the grant of the TVSBT-Channel 4 of São Paulo S/A to explore service of broadcasting sounds and images in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act what refers to the Decree s / No, of August 20, 1998, which renews for fifteen years, as of August 20, 1996, the granting of TVSBT-Channel 4 of São Paulo S / A, outwarded originarily to SBT? Brazilian Television System S/C Ltda., to explore service of broadcasting sounds and images in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
