I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE

N °- 387, OF 2011

Approves the act that bestows authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE OF BLACKSMITHS-ACCCFE to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Fergers, State of Pernambuco.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 216 of March 17, 2005, which bestows authorization to the Community Communication and Culture Association of Ferriers-ACCCFE to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Fergers, State of Pernambuco.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
