PROVISIONAL MEASURE NO. 2.018-9, OF October 26, 2000.
Abre extraordinary credit, in favor of the Ministry of Environment and Official Credit Operations, in the global value of R$ 303,050,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.
THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the office of President of the Republic, using the assignment that gives it the art. 62, combined with § 3º of the art. 167, of the Constitution, adopts the following Provisional Measure, with force of law:
Art. 1º It is open credit extraordinary, in favor of the Ministry of the Environment, in the value of R$ 51,050,000.00 (fifty and one million and fifty thousand reais), to meet the constant schedule of Annex I of this Provisional Measure.
Art. 2º The resources required for the implementation of the provisions of the previous article will arise from:
I-recipes non-financial directly raised, worth R$ 35,735,000.00 (thirty-five million, seven hundred and thirty-five thousand reais); and
II-convenium concluded between Brazilian Petroleum S.A. -PETROBRÁS and the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources-IBAMA, worth R$ 15,315,000.00 (fifteen million, three hundred and fifteen thousand reais).
Art. 3º It is open credit extraordinary, in Credit Official Operations, worth R$ 252,000,000 ,00 (two hundred and fifty two million reais), to meet the constant schedule of Annex II of this Interim Measuring.
Art. 4º The required resources the implementation of the provisions of the preceding article will arise from the incorporation of excess revenue collection of the Official Credit Operations, in the specified amount.
Art. 5º Ficam convalidated the practiced acts on the basis of in Provisional Measure No. 2.018-8 of September 27, 2000.
Art. 6º This Provisional Measure shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
