I get to know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, Edison Lobao, President, Interino, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

R E S O L U Ç Ã ¨ re

No. 18, OF 2001

It changes the 1998 Resolution No. 78 of the Federal Senate to include the substantiation of enforcement of devices from the Fiscal Responsibility Act in the instruction of loan pleas.

The Senate Federal resolves:

Art. 1º The inciso XI of the art. 13 of Resolution No. 78, 1998, of the Federal Senate, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

XI? certificate, attesting that the plaintiff complies with the conditions set out in the Supplemental Act No. 101 of May 4, 2000 for carrying out credit operations;

Art. 2º The art. 13 of Resolution No. 78, 1998, of the Federal Senate, passes the increased invigoration of incisus XII and of § § 4º and 5º, with the following essay:

XII? proof that the plaintiff complies with the provisions of the art. 51 of the Supplementary Act No. 101, of 2000.

§ 4º The certificate that it treats inciso XI will be expedited by the respective Courts of Accounts to which the plaintiffs are jurisdicated, comprising:

I? in relation to the accounts of the last examined exercise, the fulfillment of the provisions of Paragraph 2º of the art. 12; in the art. 23; in the art. 70; in § 3º of the art. 33; in the art. 37; in § 2º of the art. 52; and in § 3º of the art. 55, of the Supplementary Law No. 101, of 2000;

II? in relation to the accounts of the still unanalyzed exercises, and, where relevant, of the current financial year, compliance with the requirements laid down in § 2º of the art. 12; in the art. 23; in the art. 70; in § 2º of the art. 52; and in § 3º of the art. 55; all of the Supplementary Law No. 101, of 2000, according to the information contained in the summary reports of the budget implementation and in the tax management.

§ 5º The Certificate should be accompanied by the declaration of the head of the Executive Power that the still unanalyzed accounts conform to the provisions of the inciso I of § 4º.? (NR)

Art. 3º This Resolution comes into effect on the date of its publication.
