DECREE NO. 4,427, OF October 17, 2002

Gives new essay to the art caput. 32 and § 1da Law No. 10,180 of February 6, 2001, which organizes and disciplines Planning and Federal Budget Systems, Federal Financial Administration, Federal Accounting and the Internal Control of the Executive Power Federal.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph "a" of the Constitution, and

Considering the provisions of the Decree No. 4,177, of March 28, 2002, and in the inciso I of art. 8º of Decree No. 3,591, of September 6, 2000;

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The art caput. 32 and § 1º of the Law No. 10,180 of February 6, 2001, they go on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. 32. The posts in committee, within the framework of the Federal Office of Internal Control of the Corregedoria-General of the Union, as well as the posts of Special Assessor of Minister of State entrusted with Internal Control functions, will be provided, preferentially, by occupants of the effective positions of the Finance and Control career?.

§ 1º In the hypothesis of Provement of the posts that it treats this article by non-members of the Finance and Control career, will be required to provide experience of at least five years in audit, public finance or public accounting activities.

Art. 2º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
