I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 206, DE 2008

Approves the act that bestows permission to the FOUNDATION ARE MIGUEL to perform sound radio broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Baturité, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 502 of November 8, 2005, which outorga permission to the FOUNDATION ARE MIGUEL to perform, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Baturité, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
