I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 381, OF 2002

Approves the act that bestows concession to the radio and television of the piauí ltda. to explore service of broadcasting sounds and images in the city of Teresina, State of Piauí.

THE CONGRESS NATIONAL DECREES:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in the Decree s / n, of 4 from June 2001, which bestows concession to the Radio and Television of the Piauí Ltda. to explore, for fifteen years, with no right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting sounds and images in the city of Teresina, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
