I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Marconi Perillo, First Vice President of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the Presidency, pursuant to the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 295, OF 2010

Approves the act that bestows authorization to the ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE OF BLACK CERRO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Cerro Negro, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,152 of December 23, 2008, which bestows authorization to the Association of Black Cerro Communication and Culture to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Cerro Negro, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
