I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 778, OF 2004

Aproves the act that bestows permission to the RADIO TIRADENTES ltda. to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Manaus, State of Amazonas.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No 539 of October 15, 2003, which hedges permission to the Radio Tiradentes Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in frequency modulated in the city of Manaus, State of Amazonas.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
