I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of the art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 115, OF 2000.

Approves the act that bestows permission to?Radio and TV Maira Ltda.?, to explore sound radio broadcasting service at frequency modulated in the locality of Candeias do Jamari, State of Rondônia.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

decrees:

Art. 1º Is it approved the act referred to in Portaria No 69 of June 8, 1999, which outorga permission to?Radio and TV Maira Ltda.?, to explore, for ten years, with no right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at frequency modulated in the locality of Candeias do Jamari, State of Rondônia.

Art. 2º This Decree Legislative comes into force on the date of its publication.
