I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the paragraph unique of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE

No. 109, OF 2011

Approves the act that bestows the grant to the THE FAROL SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATION LTDA. to explore service of broadcasting sounds and images in the city of Curvelo, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in the Decree s / No, of February 10, 2010, which bestows concession to the Farol System of Communication Ltda. to explore, for 15 (fifteen) years, without right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting of sounds and images in the city of Curvelo, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
