Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of the Ministry of Agrarian Development, supplementary credit in the amount of R$ 10,000,000.00, for constant endowment reinforcement of the prevailing Budget Law.

A P R E S D E N T A D A R E P U B L I C A, I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Act:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 12,798 of April 4, 2013), in favor of the Ministry of Agrarian Development, supplementary credit in the amount of R$ 10,000,000.00 (ten million reais), to meet the constant programming of the Annex I.

Art. 2º The resources required for opening up the credit of which it treats art. They arise from partial cancellation of budgetary allocations as shown in Annex II.

Art. 3º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
