I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 477, OF 2012

Aproves the act that renews the granting bestoed to the ITAPUÃ RADIO DE PATO WHITE LTDA. to explore service of sound broadcasting in medium waves in the city of Pato Branco, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of July 28, 2010, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of July 7, 2003, the granting bestoed to the Itapuã Radio de Pato Branco Ltda. to explore, without the right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in medium waves in the city of Pato Branco, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
