I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 141, DE 2009

Approves the act that bestows authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNICATION AND RELENT CULTURE to perform service of community broadcasting in the city of Relvado, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act to which it refers to Portaria No. 655 of November 21, 2007, which bestows permission to the Community Communication and Culture Association of Relvado to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Relvado, State of the Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
