DECREE OF April 26, 2001
Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of the Ministry of Communications, supplementary credit in the amount of R$ 82,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations consigned to the vigour budget.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 6 °, inciso II, of Law No. 10,171, of January 5, 2001,
DECRETA:
Art. 1 ° It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 10,171 of January 5, 2001), in favor of the Ministry of Communications, supplementary credit in the amount of R$ 82,000.00 (eighty-two thousand reais), to meet the constant schedule of Annex I of this Decree.
Art. 2º The resources required for the implementation of the provisions of the previous article will elapsed of the cancellation of budgetary endowment of the Organ itself, as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.
Art. 3 ° This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
