I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 251, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the concession of the RADIO SOCIETY DIFFUSORA ALLEGRETENSE LTDA. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Alegrete, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act to which if Decree s / No, of August 20, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of July 6, 1998, the concession of the Radio Society Diffusora Allegretense Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave-broadcasting service in the city of Alegrete, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
