I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 173, DE 2004

Approves the act that authorizes the COMMUNITY CULTURAL ASSOCIATION OF THE PIONEERS OF JUNIOR FIELDS, to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Campos de Julius, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 226 of February 25, 2002 authorizing the Community Cultural Association of the Pioneers of Campos de Julius, to be executed, for ten years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Campos de Julius, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
