I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 340, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorship permission to the EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL FOUNDATION LORD OF THE BONFIM to perform sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Icó, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,301 of July 16, 2002, which outorship permission to the Educational and Cultural Foundation Lord of the Bonfim to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Icó, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
