DECREE OF September 9, 2008.

Declaration of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Farm Stones?, situated in the Municipality of Canindé, State of the Ceará, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2^o of the Supplementary Law n^o 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of Law n^o 4,504, November 30, 1964, and 2^o of Law n^o 8,629, February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^the Stay declared of social interest, for the purposes of land reform, the real estate rural named?Farm Stones?, with area of a thousand, eighty-four hectares and fifty-five airs, situated in the Municipality of Canindé, object of Registration n^o 299, fls. 299, Book 2-A, of the Estate Registration Card of the Comarca of Canindé, State of Ceará (Process INCRA/SR-02/n^o 54130.005461 /2005-35).

Art. 2^o This Decree, regardless of discrimination or collection, no listen to particular compensation effects, in respect of areas of public domain consisting of law or registration and the areas of private entitlement harvested by nullity, prescription, common or ineffectiveness operated for the benefit of a person of law public, in exception of good faith benfectures in them previously to the science of the beginning of the administrative procedure, excluding, still, of its effects the seeding, machines, agricultural implements and any benefitting benfeitoria by whoever comes to benefit from their intended destination.

Art. 3^o The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA, attested to private dominial legitimacy of the planimetry area, is authorized to promote the dispossession of the rural real estate of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Law n^o 76, July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Reservation Legal and permanent preservation provided for in Law n^o 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, in order to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
