I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 966, DE 2003

Approves the act that renews the permission given to RADIO ARC IRIS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Betim, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art.1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 78 of July 12, 1999, which renews, as of February 27, 1997, the permission given to Radio Arco Iris Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Betim, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
