I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 461, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY RADIO ASSOCIATION FM OF PEPPER BUENO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Pimenta Bueno, Rondônia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 86 of February 22, 2001 authorising the Community Association of FM Radio of Pimenta Bueno to be executed, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Pimenta Bueno, State of Rondônia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
