I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 172, DE 2002

Approves the act that outorship concession to the FUNDESUL FOUNDATION to perform broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Porto Seguro, Bahia State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / # of January 15, 2002, which outored grant to the Fundesul Foundation to perform, for fifteen years, without the right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service and images, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Porto Seguro, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
