I make it know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Senate Federal, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 233, DE 2008

Approves the act that outorship permission to REDE RADIO AND TELEVISION METROPOLITAN LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedreira, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 963 of November 20, 2006, which outorga permission for the Metropolitan Radio and Television Ltda Network. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency in the city of Pedreira, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publishing.
