I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.773, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION AND CULTURAL PROGRESS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Saint Lucia, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1ºIt is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 562 of August 13, 2009, which outored authorization to the Association of Community Broadcasting and Cultural Progress to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Saint Lucia, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
