LEI No 10,903, DE July 15, 2004.

Opens to Investment Budget, for 2004, in favor of PETROBRÁS Group companies, supplemental credit at the total value of R$ 2,988,996,126.00 and reduces the Investment Budget of the same companies in the global value of R$ 5,094,944,386.00, for the purposes that specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1st It opens open to the Investment Budget (Law No 10,837, January 16, 2004) supplementary credit at the total value of R$ 2,988,996,126.00 (two billion, nine hundred and eighty-eight million, novelty and ninety and six thousand and one hundred and twenty-six reais), in favor of companies of the PETROBRÁS Group, to meet the constant programming of Annex I to this Act.

Art. 2º The resources necessary for the execution of the art. 1st come from own generation and other long-term resources, as demonstrated in the "Summary by Revenue Table" constant of Annex I to this Act, and of cancellation of part of appropriations approved for other projects / constant activities of Annex II to this Act.

Art. 3º It is reduced the Investment Budget (Law No. 10.837/2004), with respect to the budget allocations of companies of the PETROBRÁS Group, listed in Annex II to this Act, in the global value of R$ 5,094,944,386.00 (five billion, ninety and four million, nine hundred and forty-four thousand and three hundred and eighty-six reais).

Art. 4º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
