I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 344, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the ITAGUARESE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTING to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Itaguara, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 398 of July 27, 2001 authorizing the Itaguarese Community Association of Broadcasting to be executed, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Itaguara, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
