DECREE NO8,355, DE November 13, 2014

Promulga the Agreement between the Government of Federative Republic of Brazil and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on the Authorization, Based on Reciprocity, for the Exercise of Paid Activity by the Relatives of Members of Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts, firmed in Brasilia, on January 11, 2011.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and considering that the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania firmed, in Brasilia, on January 11, 2011, the Agreement on Authorization, Based on Reciprocity, to the Exercise of Paid Activity by the Family Relatives of Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts ;

Considering that the National Congress has approved the Agreement through Legislative Decree no 195, 5 from June 2012 ; and

Considering that the Agreement has entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the legal plan external, on July 19, 2012, under the terms of its Article 6 ;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on the Authorization, Based on Reciprocity, for the Exercise of Paid Activity by Family of Relatives of Members of Diplomatic Missions or Consular Posts, firmed in Brasilia on January 11, 2011, annexed to this Decree.

Art. 2º They are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and complementary adjustments that entail burdens or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the art caput. 49 of the Constitution

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
