I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 113, DE 2000.

Approves the act that renews the concession dewound to?TV Studios Silvio Santos Ltda?, currently named?TVSBT-Channel 11 from Rio de Janeiro Ltda?., to explore broadcasting service of sounds and images (television) in the city of Rio de January, State of Rio de Janeiro.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

decrees:

Art. 1º Is the act referred to in Decree s / No of July 30, 1992, which renews for fifteen years, as of January 16, 1991, the concession given to?TV Studios Silvio Santos Ltda.?, currently named?TVSBT-Channel 11 of Rio de January Ltda.?, to explore, without the right to exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images (television) in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
