I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.761, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship permission to SERRA GENERAL SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATION LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of New Porteirinha, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 991 of December 23, 2008, which outorship permission to the Serra General Communication System Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of New Porteirinha, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
