I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTÔNIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules, promulgated the following

Legislative Decree No. 71, of 2000.

Approves the act that renews the concession of?Radio Difusora of Patrocynio Ltda.? to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Patrocinio, State of Minas Gerais.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, from 1º October 1997, which renews for ten year, from 1º May 1994, the grant of?Radio Difusora of Patrocynio Ltda.? to explore, without a right of exclusivity, medium wave sound-broadcasting service in the city of Patrocinio, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
