I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 61, DE 2014

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO INTERCONTINENTAL LTDA. to perform sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 365 of August 17, 2011, which renews for 10 (ten) years, from 1º May 2004, the permission given to Radio Intercontinental Ltda. to perform, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
