I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 518, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes the government of the state of alagoas to perform sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Porto Calvo, Alagoas State.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 404 of July 31, 2003 authorizing the Government of the State of Alagoas to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service on modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Porto Calvo, the State of Alagoas.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
