DECREE NO 4,309, DE July 22, 2002

Changes the Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, X, XII, XIII and XIV of the Decree n4.120 of February 7, 2002, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 9º of Supplementary Law No. 101 of May 4, 2000, combined with the arts. 18 and 67 of Law No. 10,266 of July 24, 2001,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, X, XIII and XIV of Decree No 4,120 of February 7, 2002, in their current essay, included the changes made to the amparo of their art. 7º and of the arts. 2, single paragraph, and 3, of Decree No 4,230 of May 14, 2002, shall become the constants of the Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X of this Decree, respectively.

Art. 2º The demonstration of the compatibility between the limits of movement and commitment and payments and the fulfilment of the primary surplus target set out in Law No. 10,266 of July 24, 2001, is listed in Annex XI of this Decree, in replacement of Annex XII of Decree No. 4,120, 2002.

Art. 3º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art. 4º Revoke the inciso I do art. 7º of Decree No. 4,120, February 7, 2002, and the arts. 2º and 3º of Decree No 4,230 of May 14, 2002.
