I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 348, DE 2006

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY RADIO MOVEMENT ASSOCIATION JONI BRAGA EDUCATION ART & CULTURE RADIO NEW BOFETE-RNB-FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Bofete, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 289 of June 28, 2005, which authorizes the Association Community Radio Association Joni braga education art & culture Radio New Bofete-RNB-FM to run, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Bofete, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
