I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 63, DE 2002

Approves the act that outorship permission to the educational, cultural and artistic foundation queluz of mines to perform sound broadcasting service on modulated frequency in the city of Advisor Lafaiete, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 491 of August 17, 2000, which outorship permission to the Educational, Cultural and Archaeistic Foundation of Mines to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Advisor Lafaiete, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
