DECREE OF January 29, 2003.

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget suple-mentar in value of R$ 748,139,000.00, in favor of Union Financial Charities, for reinforcement of appropriation in the current Budget Act.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorisation contained in art. 4th, inciso IV, of Law No 10,640 of January 14, 2003, and

Considering that the changes arising from the opening of this credit do not affect the achievement of the result target primary established in the Budget Guidelines Act for the current financial year, as the expenses involved are not considered in the calculation of the said result for being of a financial nature ;

DECRETA:

Art. 1 It shall be open to the Union Tax Budget (Law No 10,640 of January 14, 2003), in favour of Union Financial Charter, supplemental credit in the value of R$ 748,139,000.00 (seven hundred and forty-eight million, one hundred and thirty-nine thousand actual), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2nd The resources required for the execution of the art. 1 shall come from the partial cancellation of budget allocation, as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3rd This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
