I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 197, DE 2007

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to RADIO PROGRESS OF REST LTDA. to perform medium wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Rest, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Decree s / # of August 8, 2006, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of September 14, 2002, shall be approved, as of September 14, 2002, the concession awarded to the Radio Progress of Rest Ltda. to perform, without a right of exclusivity, average wave-broadcasting service in the city of Rest, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
