I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jader Barbalho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 202, DE 2001

Approves the act that outorship permission to the NAGIB HAICKEL FOUNDATION to perform sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency in the city of São Luís, State of the Maranhão.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 584 of September 26, 2000, which outorship permission to the Nagib Haickel Foundation to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Saint Louis, State of the Maranhão.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
