Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in for the Presidency of the Republic and the Ministry of Transport, special credit at the global value of R$ 8,145,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction it following Law:

Art. 1° It is open to the Union Tax Budget (Law n° 10,171, January 5 of 2001), in favor of the Presidency of the Republic and of the Ministry of Transport, special credit at the global value of R$ 8,145,000.00 (eight million, one hundred and forty-five thousand reais), to meet the schedules listed in Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2° The resources necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the preceding Article shall be carried out by the cancellation of budget appropriations of the Organs themselves, as indicated in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3° This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
