I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 253, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the ASSOCIATION AND COMMUNITY MOVEMENT RADIO PEACE SERRANA FM to run community broadcasting service in the city of Lages, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 314 of May 25, 2001 authorising the Association and Community Movement Radio Paz Serrana FM to be executed, by the ten-year period, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Lages, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
